• Prices based on double occupancy in each bedroom (up to 4 people). 
• Additional guests will be $15.00 per night per guest.   A queen Aero bed is available for up to 2 extra guests.
• We require a deposit in the amount of one night's stay.
• Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to your arrival date with a full return of your deposit minus a $15 cancellation fee per night.
• Refunds for cancellations with less than 7 days notice (minus $15 cancellation fee) will only be made if we are able to rebook the cottage.
• Special Baylor weekends and Westfest weekend require 14 days notice and a minimum two-night stay.
• If you make a reservation and do not arrive you will be charged the full amount.
• A gourmet continental breakfast is included.
• The cottage is a smoke-free environment.
• No pets please - we have plenty of wildlife around the cottage!
• Well-behaved children over 12 are welcomed.
• Check in after 4 p.m. Check out 12 noon unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Cash, check, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• We are greatly affected by late cancellations, so please make every effort to notify us if a change in your plans necessitates a cancellation or revision.
